Episode 2: Gratitizing

Today we talk about the action tense of gratitude: gratitizing! One of the best ways to feel better in our lives is to be truly thankful for what we have. We discuss the difference between forced gratitude and internal gratitude, how doing without can teach us to be thankful for what we have, and how realizing that we have what we have in our lives because at one point we wanted it. Oh, and we may have told some funny stories about though hikers and how they smell.
